Payvision is growing fast and you can be a part of it! We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can help the company grow, increase market share, maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

In this role you will report directly to the CCO of the company and manage a team of 8 members. You’ll get the opportunity to focus on building brand awareness and grow in your role.
Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy in line with the Sales department for the company’s propositions and continuously improve the lead generation journey and customer experience.
Build brand awareness and position Payvision’s reputation. At the same time, ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by the Marketing team within budget and on deadline.
Manage and develop data-driven reporting (e.g. leads generated, backlog reports, funnel analysis, etc.) and conduct market research.
Monitor the Marketing calendar and manage priorities for campaigns, events and digital marketing. Direct programs to improve brand recognition.
Work closely with PR and communications and ensure there is valuable content in the pipeline for the company’s presence and publications.
Work closely with Sales, empowering them to meet their commercial objectives and product development goals. Identify potential customer verticals together with the lead generation team (Database Marketer, Content Writers, Campaign Manager, Event Manager, SEO/CRO specialist).

Who are you?
You’re an experienced professional with a passion in the field who can bring unique marketing tactics to the table. You’re also a skilled marketing strategist who’s enthusiastic about driving creativity and innovation in those around you.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Communications or related study).
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience as a Marketing Director and lead of a marketing team (experience in payments and/or fintech is a plus).
Proven track record running successful campaigns.
Excellent language skills in English (written and spoken).
