Samenvatting
As Digital Channels Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and improving all internal digital communication channels. Your key project: delivering a complete overhaul of the intranet (SharePoint Online), turning it into a modern, user-friendly, and strategic platform. You will also optimize tools like Microsoft Teams, Viva, email, newsletters, and digital signage. Additionally, you will support senior leaders in building a strong digital presence, both internally and on LinkedIn.

Wat ga je doen?
- Lead the complete redesign and implementation of the intranet (SharePoint Online).
- Manage and improve digital channels such as Teams, Viva, newsletters, email, and signage.
- Define and implement governance models, content principles, and support structures.
- Coach leaders on building a strong digital presence internally and on LinkedIn (in collaboration with HR and external communications).
- Monitor channel effectiveness using analytics and employee feedback to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors to support platform integration and continuous development.
Wat neem je mee?
- Solid experience managing SharePoint Online and other internal communication channels.
- A successful track record in intranet redesigns or digital workplace projects.
- Experience supporting leadership visibility through digital communication.
- Strong knowledge of UX, HTML newsletters, accessibility and content governance.
- Skilled in project and vendor management.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using data and KPIs to drive performance.
Wat bieden we jou?
- A 6-month interim assignment (extension possible). Start as soon as possible.
- Hourly rate: 112 EUR per hour incl. travel expenses
