We are looking for a versatile Content Creator who will strengthen internal communication across PGGM Investment Management by delivering clear, engaging, and high-quality content that truly resonates with our colleagues.

As a Content Creator for Internal Communications, you will develop and elevate content that helps employees understand our strategy, stay informed about key developments, and feel connected to PGGM IM’s mission. You will work closely with the Internal Communications Advisor, Digital Channels Advisor, HR, and senior leadership to produce compelling stories and materials for all internal channels. From leadership speeches and intranet articles to visuals, videos, and newsletters. You know exactly which format works best for each message and audience.

The role is based in Zeist, where PGGM IM colleagues come together to strengthen the organization and drive its strategic priorities. The Internal Communications team works alongside specialists in digital channels, external communications, HR, and senior leadership to ensure that communication across PGGM IM is clear, engaging, and aligned with our strategy. Together, we support an international and diverse employee community through transparent, consistent, and high-quality communication.

Wat ga je doen?

  • You will create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for all internal channels, including intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, videos, visuals, and narrowcasting.
  • You will translate complex topics, such as investment strategy, sustainability, and digital transformation, into accessible and compelling narratives for a diverse internal audience.
  • You will manage and contribute to the internal communications content calendar in collaboration with the Internal Communications Advisor and other stakeholders.
  • You will write, edit, and publish content on the intranet and other internal platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with PGGM IM’s tone of voice.
  • You will coordinate content production such as videos, presentations, visuals, and storytelling materials, working with colleagues and external partners where needed.
  • You will review and elevate content created by others, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across PGGM IM communications.
  • You will identify relevant internal and external developments and proactively translate them into communication opportunities and story ideas.

Wat neem je mee?

  • You've got proven experience in content creation, editing, and storytelling within a corporate, internal communications, or similar professional environment.
  • You've got demonstrated ability to write for leadership, including speeches, opinion pieces, and executive updates.
  • You've got strong editorial skills with the ability to review, refine, and elevate content produced by others.
  • You've got the ability to produce visual and video content using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You've got experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
  • You've got excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Dutch not required).
  • You've got the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You've got experience in financial services, asset management, journalism, media, or corporate communications; familiarity with UX writing and accessibility standards.
