Summary

In this role, you are embedded in the Digital Transformation Program that reports directly to the Board of the organisation. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery by shaping a strong program narrative and executing effective change communication. You ensure consistent, timely and high-quality communication for different audiences within Investment Management. You work closely with program leadership and the IM Internal Communications function. Your contribution directly supports engagement, adoption and the successful delivery of Strategy 2030. 

Where will you work? (Team & location)

You will work within the Digital Transformation Program of the organisation, which reports directly to the Board. You are part of the program team and collaborate closely with program leadership and the IM Internal Communications department. The work location is Zeist, with availability to work on-site. 

What will you do?

• You further develop and refine the program positioning, narrative and key messages 
• You design and execute the change communication approach to support adoption and behavioural change 
• You create communication around milestones, decisions and releases 
• You develop communication assets for employees and leaders, such as presentations, updates and visuals 
• You write and edit content in English for different target audiences 
• You organise and coordinate communication activities, including events and sessions 
• You ensure strong alignment between program communication, the IM strategy and the wider communication ecosystem 

What do you bring?

• You have proven experience in strategic and change communication within complex programs 
• You have experience launching and supporting strategic initiatives 
• You are able to translate strategy into clear narratives and communication approaches 
• You have experience with change communication and adoption 
• You have excellent writing and editing skills in English 
• You are proactive, structured and able to operate independently in a complex stakeholder environment 
• You seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution 

What do we offer you?

• Duration of the assignment: until the end of 2026, with an option to extend 
• Number of hours per week: 24 hours 
•  Location & hybrid working: Zeist, with availability to work on-site 
• Rate: €72,- all-in (excl. VAT) 
• Start date: as soon as possible 
• Contract type: Interim (ZZP allowed) and Detachment
