Summary

As a interim content specialist, you will be responsible for crafting, editing, and elevating content across a range of internal communication channels. From writing leadership speeches and ghostwriting executive updates to producing engaging intranet articles, visuals, and video content. You will be the gatekeeper of tone, clarity, and quality.

Where will you work?

You will be working for a financial services provider focused on long-term, responsible asset management. Internal communication plays a key role in connecting and engaging employees across the organization. You will join a purpose-driven, collaborative environment where your content will help inform and inspire.

What will you do?

• Write and edit content for intranet articles, newsletters, leadership updates, narrowcasting, and videos.
• Ghostwrite for senior leaders — from speeches to internal blogs — ensuring tone of voice, clarity, and impact.
• Review and improve content written by others, ensuring alignment with internal messaging and editorial standards.
• Create visuals using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit and produce video content for leadership messages, internal campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with the Digital Channels Advisor to tailor content to the right channels and audiences.
• Translate complex topics (e.g. investment, sustainability, digital transformation) into accessible, engaging stories.
• Maintain editorial guidelines to ensure professional, inclusive, and brand-aligned communication.

What do you bring?

• Proven experience in content creation and editing in a corporate or internal communications environment.
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably within the investment management domain.
• Ability to write for executives and leadership, including speeches and thought leadership pieces.
• Skilled at reviewing and elevating content created by others.
• Experience with visual and video tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is not required).
• Eye for detail, narrative flow, tone of voice, and audience engagement.

• Hourly rate: 102 EUR per hour incl. travel expenses
