Samenvatting

In this role, you are responsible for clarifying underlying business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance. Through your analytical skills and critical attitude, you ensure that both the problem and the solution are well-defined. You map out the impact on processes, systems, and data sources, capturing this in clear epics and user stories. In doing so, you deliver direct value to digital teams and contribute to the further development of personalized digital propositions.

Waar kom je te werken?

You will work within the hiring group Online, Digital & MarCom, specifically in the Grid Customer Insights & Hyperpersonalisation (CIH). This grid consists of approximately 120 professionals spread across more than 20 teams. The focus is on creating a 360° customer view and realizing personalized digital customer journeys. You will work closely with product owners and multidisciplinary teams. The work takes place on-site at Gustav Mahlerlaan 10, Amsterdam.

• Critically challenging both the problem and the proposed solutions.
• Mapping out business requirements, affected systems, and data sources clearly.
• Translating complex issues into clear and structured user stories.

• Participating in testing activities and validating whether solutions meet the requirements.
• Gathering relevant data for decision-making and optimizations.
• Contributing to the development of new digital value propositions.
• Delivering high-quality epics and stories that allow teams to start immediately.

Wat neem je mee?

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO).
• At least 2 years of experience in a digital work environment.
• Experience writing user stories and concretizing business value.
• Experience describing and documenting process flows.
• Experience with methods for gathering customer needs, such as workshops and customer research.
• Strong analytical skills; you work accurately and in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask critical questions about problems and solutions.
• The ability to guide stakeholders toward a supported solution.
• The ability to explain functionalities clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Eagerness to learn and an active approach to sharing knowledge with other business developers.

Wat bieden we jou?

• Assignment Duration: March 16, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
• Hours per week: 36 hours.
• Rate: €66 euros per hour worked, all-in.
• Location & Hybrid Working: Amsterdam, Gustav Mahlerlaan 10.
• Start Date: March 16, 2026.
• Contract Type: Interim (Freelance/ZZP allowed).
