In deze vaste functie als communicatie adviseur voer je diverse interne communicatie projecten uit voor een zeer diverse doelgroep, zowel voor het kantoorpersoneel als voor bijvoorbeeld de medewerkers op de diverse boorplatforms.

Our client's office can be reached very easily by public transport. The Hague Central Station is a two minute walk.

Wat ga je doen?

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans for the Netherlands to support the overall country strategy and business
• Support of company-wide internal communications campaigns, management and execution of location specific internal communications activities (e.g. publishing on Connect and Yammer) or organization of internal events (such as Town Halls, breakfast seminars, lunch and learns etc.).
• Contribute to and support of the global communications plan
• Respond to the communications aspects of an emergency, including participation in the Emergency Response duty schedule
• Support and create the company presentation & information flow, creation of presentations, videos and briefing packs
• Provide support for external communications and public affairs if needed
• Propose a planning and management of annual programme of external events, including the organization of company’s participation in Dutch industry events, exhibitions and conferences

Wat neem je mee?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Journalism
• 5 – 10 years’ experience / Experienced Level
• Excellent writing and editing skills (oral and written) in English and Dutch for variety of content channels, internal and external, combined with design and brand knowledge
• Experience in Office 365; you know your way around Yammer, SharePoint and Stream 
• Experience in Social Media, content creation and video editing 
• Proactive personality with a ‘can do’ mentality, knowledge driven, persuasive and influential with a smile
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, in an international environment, embracing prevailing Company values
• A strong work ethic and ability to multi task and manage competing priorities while working independently with no supervision of work and responsible for the quality of delivered work
• Nice to have: a good knowledge of energy issues in general, the gas industry in particular, and broader societal developments
• EU citizenship or a valid EU residence and work permit is required to be considered as a viable candidate.

Wat bieden we jou?

• Een gave baan in een internationale omgeving met veel autonomie waarbij je jouw eigen plannen en projecten ten uitvoer kan brengen.
• Een zeer aantrekkelijk maandsalaris (uiteraard afhankelijk van ervaring) van €4500,00 – € 5300.00 per maand obv 40 upw.
• Een contract voor in eerste instantie de duur van een jaar met uitzicht op vast.
• Invulling van de functie is op basis van 36-40 uur per week.
• Gunstige secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een 13e maand, vakantietoeslag en een goed pensioen.
• Een hele fijne werkomgeving waar je zelf de regie hebt over jouw werktijden.
